Open a Case: on any page in the portal, scroll down to ‘Need Help’ and click ‘Send A Message’ to send a message. Fill out the subject and description fields, then click 'Submit' to open your case.
View Notifications: if you see a red circle next to the notification bell, click it to view updates on your case.
Check Case Status: in the case details, check the status (e.g., 'In Progress') and view any advisor updates.
Upload Files: use the 'Files' section to view uploaded files and add your own by clicking the plus button (e.g., upload a resume for review).
