- Schedule a Meeting: click 'Schedule a Meeting' and use their scheduling software to pick a convenient time
- Review Submitted Cases: before sending a new message, check your submitted cases by selecting 'Review Submitted Cases.' View your open cases and click on a case number to see details such as subject, description, status, and advisor actions. Upload files like your current resume if needed.
